 VENTURE:WRY) announced today that Wayne E. Holmstead, BSc, Geology has been appointed as President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of the Company. This appointment is effective immediately.

Stanley Mourin, previously President and CEO, has accepted the position of Chairman. Mr. Mourin said "Mr. Holmstead has a twenty year history of working with mining Companies and has supervised major projects in the Baffin Islands that were advanced to the development phase. In addition, Mr. Holmstead has managed several junior mining companies as a technical Board Member."

Mr. Holmstead has extensive experience in budgeting, logistical support and field operations for mineral exploration projects. In addition, he has been teaching computer geology in Kingston, Ontario at KLC KLC Kodiak Launch Complex
