Western Micro forges ahead with aggressive acquisition strategy, acquires assets of R&D Hardware Systems.CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1995--Western Micro Technology Inc. The value of the transaction is approximately $1 million in cash, 125,000 shares of Western Micro common stock at closing, and an earn-out for up to an additional 142,500 shares over a two-year period. The purchase is expected to close in late December 1995 or early January 1996.
