WESTERN FOREST AND DOMAN COMPLETE TRANSACTION. Doman Industries Ltd., Duncan, British Columbia Duncan (pop. 4,986) is a city on southern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. History
The community is named after William Chalmers Duncan, born 1836 in Sarnia, Ontario.
, Canada and Western Forest Products Inc. have announced that Western Forest Products is the successor business to Doman following the conclusion of Doman's bankruptcy proceedings bankruptcy proceedings n. the bankruptcy procedure is: a) filing a petition (voluntary or involuntary) to declare a debtor person or business bankrupt, or, under Chapter 11 or 13, to allow reorganization or refinancing under a plan to meet the debts of the party . The officers of Western Forest are: Jaspaul (Rick) H. Doman, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
