Westcore Growth Fund Announces New Portfolio Team.

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2004

Ross G. Moscatelli, CFA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) Signed into law in 1986, the CFA was a significant step forward in criminalizing unauthorized access to computer systems and networks. The Act applies to "federal interest computers" that include any system used by the U.S. , has been appointed Portfolio Manager of the Westcore Growth Fund, joining Victoria K. Cunningham as an existing Portfolio Manager in a newly formed portfolio management team. As part of a planned transition, Mr. Moscatelli and Ms. Cunningham will replace former Lead Portfolio Manager Milford H. Schulhof, II, who will work with the team until his retirement from Denver Investment Advisors LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

, the Fund's adviser, effective August 2, 2004. Westcore has also retained Derek Scarth as a Senior Research Analyst to work closely within the portfolio management process.

In addition to being named Westcore Growth Fund Portfolio Manager, Mr. Moscatelli will become Director of Large-Cap Growth Research within Denver Investment Advisors LLC, the Fund's adviser. Mr. Moscatelli, rejoins the firm from Invesco Funds Group, Inc., where he served as an Associate Portfolio Manager since 2001. From 1997 to 2001, he was a member of the Equity Growth research team at Denver Investment Advisors. Prior to that, Mr. Moscatelli worked as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst/Associate with Morgan Keegan & Company. Mr. Moscatelli received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. He has a total of nine years of growth investment experience and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

An experienced financial analyst who has passed examinations in economics, financial accounting, portfolio management, security analysis, and standards of conduct given by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts.

Mr. Scarth has four years of direct investment experience as Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager for Berger Financial Group. He received his Masters of Science in Management from University of Denver Background and rankings
