) named David W. Mount its first vice-president, franchising today. In this new position, 17-year Westaff veteran Mount will be responsible for driving the growth and development of Westaff's domestic and international franchise network. During the most recent fiscal year, 58 U.S. Westaff offices were franchised and accounted for 27.5 percent of corporate revenue.
