Any guests who have not yet spoken to WestJet about their flights formerly scheduled for September 11, 12 or 13 is asked to contact the WestJet Sales Super Centre at 1-800-538-5696. - Guests whose flights were cancelled on September 11, 12, or 13 will have the option to move their booking to another WestJet flight departing prior to December 11, 2001. These changes will be made for no additional fee until Tuesday, September 18, 2001. - Alternatively, guests whose flights were cancelled on September 11, 12 or 13 may cancel their booking (with no fee applied) until Tuesday, September 18, 2001. Though no refunds will be offered, the full fare paid will be placed in a future travel credit file to be used for other WestJet travel within one year. - Guests who had booked a return trip, and who have moved their initial departure to another date, will be permitted to also change the date of the return portion of the flight at no charge. The return flight may be moved by as many days as the departing flight was moved. - As these circumstances were beyond the carrier's control, WestJet will not reimburse guests for expenses incurred on September 11, 12 or 13 due to delays or flight cancellations.
