Program, today announced that Motorcycle Safety Foundation The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) is a United States national, not-for-profit organization sponsored by the U.S. manufacturers and distributors of BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM , Piaggio/Vespa, Suzuki, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha motorcycles. RiderCourses will begin at seven training sites across the state the first week in April. "We encourage all riders to get trained," McKeithen said. "By doing so, we believe motorcycle crashes can be reduced in our state." The Motorcycle Safety Foundation offers training near Beckley, Charleston, Fairmont, Moundsville, Martinsburg, Morgantown, and Parkersburg under contract with the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles.
