West Georgia National Bank Announces Plans for New Location in Douglasville.

 US Banker, today announced the plans for a new full-service office located at 9360 The Landing Drive, Douglasville, Georgia The city of Douglasville is the county seat of Douglas County, Georgia, United States. The population was 20,065 at the 2000 census. Douglasville is one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia, with an estimated population of 27,568 in 2005. The current mayor is Mickey Thompson.  - bordering Chapel Hill Road. "This expansion of our footprint towards Atlanta will enhance our ability to attract more retail business," said H. B. The new location, scheduled to open in April 2006, will provide a "high-tech," "high-touch" atmosphere. As they enter the facility, customers will immediately be greeted by one of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at the "concierge" station. CSRs will assist customers with various types of transactions, or they may direct them to the appropriate bank personnel. Commercial, construction and consumer loan officers will be available for specialized lending.

For added convenience, privacy and security, the safe deposit box A safe deposit box (sometimes incorrectly called a safety deposit box) is a type of safe usually located in groups inside a bank vault or in the back of a bank or post office.  area will feature a biometric-access safe deposit vault. Each safe deposit box holder's palm print will be recorded electronically. Customers will enter their Personal Identification Number and place their palm on the reader for verification. The customer then needs only his or her key to open the box.

Additionally, the lobby area will encompass an array of services including an interactive online banking station, an information center with a variety of collateral materials, as well as a self-serve coffee bar.
