Mark Hart has been appointed director of sales and marketing at West Central Soy, Ralston, Iowa. Hart has held sales and marketing management positions with DeLaval, Inc., Kansas City. At West Central Soy, Hart will direct the sales team and provide marketing and product support for SoyPLUS, SoyChlor and other value-added products for the dairy industry.
