Wesley Hospitality on the Fast Track Adds VP of Development.

ATLANTA -- Wesley Hospitality announces the addition of Keith Worsham to the new post of Vice President of Development. "Wesley is on a fast track and will soon announce key developments. Mr. Worsham's decision to join us is just the first," says Wayne W. McAteer, President & CEO. "His vast knowledge in hotel development, franchising, brokerage, and asset repositioning will streamline our company's growth." For eight years, Keith was the Director of Franchise Sales and Development for Cendant Corporation. During his tenure, he signed over 150-franchise agreements generating over $120 million in annual revenues. He was the top producer for three consecutive years and in the top five producers club for his entire career with Cendant Corporation. In the last twenty-four months, he has developed over twelve hotel management agreements and has a proven track record in development, consulting and management.

Previously, Mr. Worsham developed West K Development, Inc. providing access to significant growth capital, development and construction resources, and a vast network of professional advisors and contacts. In addition, he has a wealth of knowledge in repositioning hotels, franchise selection and negotiations, site selection, brokerage and evaluating investment opportunities.

Keith is a Georgia licensed real estate sales person who has received his CREP designation with the Georgia Board of Realtors and is a graduate of Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communication with an emphasis in Marketing.
