Wescorp Successfully Concludes Ellycrack Testing for Major Oil Producers & Raises Upgrading Capacity to Above 30 degrees API.EDMONTON, Alberta -- Wescorp Energy Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :WSCE WSCE Weapon System Computing Environment WSCE Weapon Server Common Environment ) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an initial schedule of tests to demonstrate the patented Ellycrack heavy oil upgrading process for several major energy producers, with better than expected results. It is also pleased to announce details to participate in a related conference call as outlined below. The recently expanded schedule had Wescorp and joint-venture partner Ellycrack A/S process extra-heavy, heavy and medium grade oil samples from participating producers over a 3-month period at test facilities in Norway. The processing schedule represented a series of customized upgrading tests to demonstrate to individual producers in detail: - How the innovative "mechanical" upgrading process can crack oil in a significantly lower temperature, pressure and therefore energy (cost) environment than conventional field upgrader/primary cracking technologies/processes currently in use - How the proprietary process can upgrade oil without requiring specialized catalysts, customized unit infrastructure or an emulsification of processing feedstock feed·stock n. Raw material required for an industrial process. Noun 1. feedstock - the raw material that is required for some industrial process raw material, staple - material suitable for manufacture or use or finishing - Why processing efficiencies can be enhanced by scaling the technology into larger pilot-plants and commercial units - The range, consistency and stability of API (Application Programming Interface) A language and message format used by an application program to communicate with the operating system or some other control program such as a database management system (DBMS) or communications protocol. upgrading achieved by the process from a wide range of native feedstock - How the technology can be configured to optimize the process within specific applications being considered by each individual producer - What steps are to be taken to develop the process for specific pilot plant or commercial applications the producer may be considering Commenting on the conclusion of the schedule, Wescorp President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. Doug Biles stated, "We are very pleased and honored to have had the opportunity to demonstrate the Ellycrack process for such an esteemed group of producers. The feedback we have and continue to receive has been very beneficial, both in terms of optimizing the process further for various field applications, and in confirming that those applications can bring some very significant value to the heavy oil field operations of our test participants." Test participants were primarily large oil producers requesting a demonstration and/or detailed technical assessment of the Ellycrack process for potential proprietary applications of the technology for: - Bitumen/heavy oil field upgraders to bring production to pipeline specifications - Medium oil field upgraders to recapture recapture n. in income tax, the requirement that the taxpayer pay the amount of tax savings from past years due to accelerated depreciation or deferred capital gains upon sale of property. Similar demonstration tests will continue to be scheduled throughout development of the process for pilot-plant and commercial applications as an on-going effort to: - Accommodate further requests to assess the technology - Wescorp has received approximately 30 such requests from qualified parties from around the world - Continue testing modifications that optimize the technology and process for a range of potential pilot-plant and commercial applications Wescorp has executed confidentiality agreements with all test participants to protect the identity and test results attributed to any individual participant at their request. The following is therefore an aggregated representation of all heavy oil upgrading tests performed by using the Ellycrack process to date to illustrate the enhanced level of upgrading being achieved with design optimization See automatic design optimization. . Further independent analysis is then undertaken by each test participant and Wescorp to confirm reported results.

Commenting on the test results, Ellycrack A/S CEO and inventor of the Ellycrack process Olav Ellingsen stated, "The upgrading results we've realized from these tests have been exceptional. Not only have we been able to extend the upper limit of upgrading our process can achieve by a significant margin, but we expect to extend that limit beyond 30 degrees API with further optimization and development testing. We must thank Wescorp, its engineering team and our test participants for the contributions they continue to make in optimizing what is already a very effective process." On concluding this round of demonstration testing, Wescorp is holding follow-up discussions with test participants to qualify their interest in developing the Ellycrack process for pilot-plant and/or commercial applications they may be considering. As announced November 15th, Wescorp management will also host a conference call to discuss this most recent round of test results, their effect on pilot-plant development, and our overall plan to commercialize the Ellycrack heavy oil upgrading technology and process. The conference call will be held Thursday December 15, 2005 at 2:30PM MST See micro systems technology. and will be open to all listeners with a question and answer session to follow.
