Prior to joining Fox, Girard spent several years with major game show production company GoodsonTodman and eight years at HearstABC/Viacom, where she served as vice-president of talent, director of current programming and senior producer. Born and raised in Manhattan, Girard has been involved in a number of charitable organizations, including the Association for a Better New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of , founded by real estate icon Lewis Rudin.
