Within 2 blocks of 1-95 and a mile of the Metro-North Train Station, the 1.9-acre site will be transformed into a complex of 112 luxury residential units integrated with a ground-level 15,000 square foot commercial/retail space.

Amenities at Eastside Commons will include a beautifully decorated Club Room, fully equipped Fitness Center with state of the art equipment, and a landscaped recreation courtyard over a covered parking garage with more than 200 secure parking spaces. The building will be pre-wired for advanced telecommunications.

The East Main Street frontage has been divided into four distinct vertical building elements to create a very human scale and village like atmosphere. The 112 condominiums will offer luxurious one, two and three-bedroom homes. Ten percent, or 11 of the homes, will be affordable for-sale apartments meeting a great need in the community for housing for middle-income workers.

With this project, Weinstein and his partners, Paxton and Ray Kinol, are continuing the success that began with the multiple award winning Mill River House project that was 100% sold long before it was completed.

Their next project, Adams Mill River House, will open in April and is already 85% pre-sold. The team has two more projects in the works in Stamford. The Metropolitan town homes and condominiums will open in March. Glenview House, a 150-until rental complex, will start construction this month.
