Weida Communications Announces Resignation of Independent Auditors.


FORT LAUDERDALE Fort Lauderdale (lô`dərdāl), residential, commercial, and resort city (1990 pop. 149,377), seat of Broward co., SE Fla., on the Atlantic coast; settled around a fort built (c.1837) in the Seminole War, inc. 1911. , Fla. -- Weida Communications, Inc. (Other-OTC: WDAC WDAC Workforce Diversity Advisory Committee (Federal Bureau of Prisons) .PK), a U.S. managed telecommunications operator in China, announced today that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Deloitte & Touche (also referred to as Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and branded as Deloitte.) is the second largest professional services firm in the world, and one of the Big Four auditors, along with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and KPMG.  ("Deloitte"), resigned as the Company's independent auditors, effective May 31, 2005.
