Weichert sells Patterson buildings.


Weichert Commercial Vice President Frank Grassi Grassi was the name of an Italian noble family, and can refer to:
  • Giovanni Battista Grassi, an Italian zoologist.
  • Palazzo Grassi, the former estate of the Grassi family.
  • De Grassi Street, as street in Toronto, Canada.
  • Giacomo di Grassi, an Italian fencing master.
 sold two industrial buildings in Paterson Paterson, city (1990 pop. 140,891), seat of Passaic co., NE N.J., at the falls of the Passaic River; inc. 1851. Founded in 1791 by Alexander Hamilton and others of the Society for Establishing Useful Manufactures, Paterson was a planned attempt to promote industrial , announced Company President Ronald M. . The buildings total 60,000 square feet of space.

Grassi was hired as exclusive broker to sell a 50,000 square-foot building owned by Blazer Industries, a manufacturer of air conditioners Conditioners used on leather take many shapes and forms. They are used mostly to keep leather from drying out and deteriorating.

A very old and widely used conditioner is dubbin.
. The building, located at 700 21st Avenue in Paterson, was sold to Eagle Products, a company that sells, repairs and imstalls hydraulic equipment for trucks. The transaction was co-brokered with SZWE Real Estate Agency.

In another Paterson transaction, Grassi sold a 10,000 square-foot building located on Pennsylvania Avenue Pennsylvania Avenue is a street in Washington, D.C. joining the White House and the United States Capitol. Called "America's Main Street," it is the location of official parades and processions, as well as protest marches and civilian protests.  to All Cities Uniform Company. The building was formerly used as a machine shop and was owned by Juliana Frank. All Cities Uniform Company, a Paterson-based uniform distributor, is expanding its operations in the new site. Grassi represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Grassi noted that Paterson in an ideal location because of its good work force and easy access to major highways.
