Weichert applauds referrel network.

John G. Udell, president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, cites the company's unique referral network as a contributing force to its success. Each year, Weichert Commercial Brokerage receives hundreds of referrals for commercial real-estate requirements from Weichert's network of more than 15,000 residential and referral agents. The leads range from requests for single office suites to large industrial warehouses and offices, as well as retail properties, investment properties, and commercial land.

Udell noted, "In the competitive industry of commercial real estate brokerage, Weichert Commercial has an edge on other companies with our extraordinary referral system that generates hundreds of leads each year. Weichert has over 9,000 active residential agents in 200 offices along the East Coast who build strong relationships with their customers as they list and sell their houses.
