DrearnWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (DreamWorks Animation) is engaged
into developing and producing of computer generated (CG) animated
feature films. The company derives its revenue from feature films
in theatres and in markets, such as home entertainment, pay and
free broadcast television and ancillary markets. As of December 31,
2005, the company produced five feature films, Wallace & Gromit:
The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, Madagascar, Shark Tale, Shrek 2 and
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. Of this, Wallace & Gromit: The
Curse of the Were-Rabbit and Madagascar were released during the
year ended December 31, 2005. DreamWorks Animation conducts its
business primarily in two studios in Glendale and Redwood City of
California. The company's films, in various stages of pre-production,
are Over the Hedge, Flushed Away, Shrek the Third, Bee Movie, Kung
Fu Panda and Madagascar (sequel).
