Northrop Grumman Corp. (Northrop Grumman) provides products, services
and solutions in information and services, aerospace, electronics and
shipbuilding. As prime contractor, principal subcontractor, partner,
or preferred supplier, the company participates in many defense and
non-defense technology programs in the United States and abroad.
Northrop Grumman conducts most of its business with the United States
Government, principally the Department of Defense (DoD). It also
conducts business with foreign governments, as well as other domestic
and international customers. Northrop Grumman is aligned into seven
segments categorized into four primary businesses: Information &
Services, Aerospace, Electronics and Ships.
