children that reflect the American lifestyle and European fashion
sensibilities. The company's apparel is marketed under a number of

and Triangle Design, Question Mark and Triangle Design, Brand G, a
stylized G, Guess Kids, Baby Guess and Marciano. It sells denim and

shorts, blouses, shirts, jackets and knitwear. Guess? also selectively
grants licenses to manufacture and distribute products that complement
its apparel lines, including eyewear, watches, handbags, footwear,
kids' and infants' apparel, leather apparel, fragrance, jewelry and
other fashion accessories. The company's business is organized into
three principal segments: retail, licensing and wholesale.
