Business Overview

Ameron International Corp., incorporated in April 1929, has four operating segments: Performance Coatings & Finishes Group, Fiberglass-Composite Pipe Group, Water Transmission Group and Infrastructure Products Group. The Performance Coatings and Finishes Group develops, manufactures and markets high-performance coatings and surfacer systems. The Fiberglass-Composite Pipe Group develops, manufactures and markets filament-wound and molded fiberglass pipe and fittings. The Water Transmission Group supplies products and services used in the construction of water pipelines. The Infrastructure Products Group supplies ready-mix concrete Ready-mix concrete is a type of concrete that is manufactured in a factory according to a set recipe, and then delivered to a worksite, often by truck. This results in a precise mixture, allowing specialty concrete mixtures to be developed and implemented on construction sites. , crushed and sized basaltic ba·salt
