KB Home, incorporated in 1957, is a homebwlder based in the United
States with operations in Arizona California, Colorado, Florida,
Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South
Carolina and Texas. Kaufman & Broad S.A. (KBSA), the company's
subsidiary, is a homebuilder with operations primarily in France. It
also provides mortgage banking services to the majority of its
domestic homebuyers through its wholly owned subsidiary, KB Home
Mortgage Co. (KBHMC). For the fiscal year ended November 30, 2004
(fiscal 2004), KB Home delivered 31,646 homes in the United States and
France.
