An engineer from Webroot will perform on-site or remote monitoring (protocol) remote monitoring - (RMON) A network management protocol that allows network information to be gathered at a single computer. Whereas SNMP gathers network data from a single type of Management Information Base (MIB), RMON 1 defines nine additional MIBs that provide a  and report the results in an Excel formatted document. The report will contain infection information if spyware was extracted from any workstation, specifics on which spyware was found, and the rate of infection. In addition, Webroot can offer comprehensive monitoring for those who wish this service, and removal of spyware.
