Weber State University is 2005 Collegiate Chapter of the Year.The Weber State University Weber State University is a public university located in the city of Ogden in Weber County, Utah, USA. History Weber State University was founded by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as the Weber Stake Academy in 1889; like Weber County and the Weber River, Student Chapter (WSUSC) in Ogden, Utah Ogden is the county seat of Weber County,GR6 Utah, United States. A 2006 estimate placed its population at 78,086. The city served as a major railway hub through much of its history, and still handles a great deal of freight rail traffic which makes it a , has been selected as me Collegiate Chapter of the Year. Among its notable activities is joining the Weber State Carnival of Clubs, playing music games and offering piano lessons for schools in their community. They welcomed new freshmen.
