WebCT's Vista 1.1 academic enterprise system extends the system's flexible learning framework for institutions to more closely map their departments, colleges, campuses, and programs of study. The result? More efficient administration and content sharing through local management of the academic experience. WebCT Vista WebCT Vista is a teaching and learning enterprise software run and developed by Blackboard.
