A Web site by the Council on Competitiveness' Internet Learning called GetSmarter.org, is a free site that gives elementary, middle and high school students a chance to evaluate their math and science skills on an international scale.

In addition to student evaluations, the site offers educational games to help students improve their math and science skills, as well as links to various math and science resource Web sites. The Web site's tests ask similar questions to those used in the Third International Mathematics and Science Study conducted in 1999, the international comparative study of countries' math and science education.
