Weaver Davis & Jacob Closes Record Number of Commercial Real Estate Deals in May; Record Month Reflective of Company's Steady Market Growth.

), the fastest growing full-service commercial real estate company in Fort Bend Fort Bend was a blockhouse built in a large bend of the Brazos River in what is now Fort Bend County, Texas to provide protection against Indian raids. It was erected in November 1822 by several members of Stephen F. Austin's Old Three Hundred, including William W.  County, brokered sales of more than 25,000 square feet and more than 8,000 square feet of leases to close out a record May.

Senior Associate Micha Makowsky represented various owners in the sale of several properties including:

--Pecan Grove Crossing, a 10,000 square-foot mixed-use shopping center consisting of retail and office space in Richmond/Rosenberg

--6030 South Rice, a 15,000 square-foot office building located on a 1.33 acre tract, which was sold to a medical group for redevelopment into medical offices

WDJ principal, Nat Davis and Makowsky secured space for Katz Express, a new restaurant concept from Barry Katz, founder of Katz's Deli, in the Portofino Shopping Center located in The Woodlands.

Makowsky also signed tenants for three shopping center clients. At Deer Park Deer Park.

It held its first race in Daytona Beach, Fla.  Apparel. At Baytown Central, Trevco Insurance was added as a tenant while Woodridge Shopping Center will be a new location for Avis Rent-A-Car.
