The act or process of dispersing or the condition of being dispersed; distribution. Noun 1. dispersal routes of cedar pollen. The project uses Weather Service's pollen dispersal simulator, which was developed jointly by the company and NTT Energy and Environment Systems Laboratories, to provide detailed simulations on cell computing Cell Computing is a distributed computing project operated by NTT Data to perform biomedical research. It currently uses the Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) platform, however it was initially launched using the United Devices Grid MP platform in Birth, NTT Data's proprietary virtual supercomputer-caliber online grid computing grid computing, the concurrent application of the processing and data storage resources of many computers in a network to a single problem. It also can be used for load balancing as well as high availability by employing multiple computers—typically personal platform that has enabled bio researchers to carry out three genetic research projects. The simulator uses data on landscapes, weather conditions and pollen blossoming to simulate how pollen is dispersed at each of the 15 altitude levels up to 1,500m. The project covers the entire Kanto area as well as parts of Koushinetsu, southern Tohoku and Chubu areas. The analysis results are made available on the cell computing Birth site (http://www.cellcomputing.net/) and are utilized to improve the accuracy of pollen dispersal forecasts.
