WealthCraft Breaks New Ground in Asia Pacific to Become the First Provider of Hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions.
HONG KONG -- WealthCraft Systems Inc (OTCBB:WCSY), a leading IT solution provider for financial institutions, has become the first hosted Microsoft[R] Dynamics CRM Solutions Provider Partner in Asia-Pacific. This installation of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Global Consultants and Services Limited (GCSL) enables initially 25 service professionals at GCSL, a fiduciary services provider based in Hong Kong, to compete with larger institutions by meeting the needs of a global clientele for a full range of services.
As a hosted service, GCSL can use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution together with a hosted Microsoft Exchange application immediately. The easy scalability of the WealthCraft installation lets GCSL integrate all customer service areas and provide the seamless, high quality tailored full range of services that fiduciary services customers increasingly expect.
"We are pleased to be able to make Microsoft Dynamics CRM available to our customers as a hosted service," said Kelly Tallas, Chief Executive Officer of WealthCraft. "With the addition of this service, our small- and medium-sized customers will have immediate use of a customizable, easy to use enterprise-class customer relationship management solution that covers a wide range of activities to support fiduciary and related services as well as drives sales and marketing campaigns."
In this new climate of increased competition and more stringent regulation for financial services, organizations need to differentiate themselves, generating revenue through a wider range of customer services and expanding existing relationships, thus building customer loyalty.
"It is a challenge for a smaller firm to succeed, especially when faced with fierce competition from large banks with large budgets," said Jack Flader, Chief Executive Officer of GCSL. "Through immediate access to customer information, the WealthCraft Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution enables us to offer customers targeted, relevant service packages at a standard to meet or beat the competition - now," Mr. Flader added.
"WealthCraft's expertise in developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions enable GCSL and other organizations to create and maintain a clear picture of customers across a full range of services, enhancing customer relationships, while maximising cross-selling as well as upselling opportunities," said Adam Anger, Senior Director, Business & Marketing Organization, Microsoft Hong Kong Limited. "The Microsoft Exchange component not only provides rich messaging services, but can centrally manage users, accounts, servers, group policies and security, as well as providing assistance for regulatory and legal compliance requirements."
