Wealth: make it, don't fake it.

I HAVE JUST FINISHED READING YOUR JUNE June: see month.  2004 issue. As usual it is packed with valuable information to help African Americans African American Multiculture A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa. See Race.  build wealth. You know how our people love to look the part without keeping it real.

BE, you are an influence on our community and our future. Send the right message that such extravagances are nice, but not until all other things are in place and there is money to burn (literally). John Young, who was also featured in the June issue as the Financial Fitness Contest winner ["A Life Pursuing Real Estate"], is doing it right. That's the way to show us how to do it.

Keep up the great work, but seriously consider devoting either one issue to such extravagances or just a column that identifies them as such, after we have reached the apex.
