Fifth in the zany Meg Laslow series, this funny mystery begins with Meg and actor boyfriend Michael attending a convention focused on the popular television series Porfiria, Queen of the Jungle. Michael has a lead role in this cult series and the fans are rabid. The conference planners import monkeys, parrots and a tiger to the hotel to add a jungle atmosphere to the events, and the presence of these animals adds to the general chaos General Chaos is a 1994 video game developed by Game Refuge Inc. and published by Electronic Arts for the Sega Genesis. General Chaos is a satircal arcade/strategy game. . The star of Porfiria is aging actress Tamerlaine Wycliffe-Jones (referred to as the QB--"queen...."), and it is her murder that Meg, the amateur yet committed sleuth, is bound to solve.

Read in multi-voice by Dunne, the story unfolds at a rapid pace. Her version of the QB's snobby snob
