The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide announced that Wayne A. Kranz has joined the firm as a director.
Kranz has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the Schultz Organization, he operated his own firm, Kranz Real Estate Company. Kranz' list of clients includes such firms as Ford, Channel, and General Signal.
Kranz holds a degree from Monmouth College. He is a member of the Industrial Real Estate Broker Association Broker Association A permitted association between exchange members who have shared responsibility for the execution of orders placed by their customers. These members thereby gain access to a collective pool of un-transacted orders, and they share the profits and losses associated with trading activities., the Young Brokers Association, the United Way.
