:WV.) today announced a reorganization of the Company's board of directors.

The reorganization is in line with Wavve's strategic effort to provide for an increase in the presence of industry representation from strategic and financing partners as outlined at Wavve's Annual Stockholders' Meeting held in June of this year.

As part of this strategic effort, board members Mauro Coppola and Serafino Iacono have voluntarily resigned their seats on Wavve's board of directors.

As an outcome of this reorganization, Bob Ingraham has been appointed Chairman of the Board. In an effort to provide the new board with input from Wavve's executive management team, Mr. Ingraham has appointed Patrick Feeney a seat on the Company's board of directors.

Patrick Feeney, Wavve's vice president of site planning Site planning in landscape architecture and architecture refers to the organizational stage of the landscape design process. It involves the organization of land use zoning, access, circulation, privacy, security, shelter, land drainage, and other factors. , acquisitions and management, brings more than 20 years experience in design, construction and operations for national corporations developing large mission-critical expansion projects, data centers and call centers.
