Jim Watt, Chmn/CEO of Watt Publishing retires after 46 years of service with the company.

Greg Watt is named Pres and CEO and Tim Smith, formerly VP and CFO, is promoted to VP and COO.

The company also announces it will relocate its operations from Mt. Morris, IL, to Rockford, IL.
