North Bay is planning a $34-million revamping of its water treatment facility, including the installation of a micro-filtration system. A pilot project with four competitors COMPETITORS, French law. Persons who compete or aspire to the same office, rank or employment. As an English word in common use, it has a much wider application. Ferriere, Dict. de Dr. h.t.  was held this past winter and final selection of the system installation is expected in the next couple of months. Completion is slated for late 2005 or early 2006

Upgrades to Cobalt's drinking water drinking water
