Water-based releases.

RR-280 WB is a water-based resin resin, any of a class of amorphous solids or semisolids. Resins are found in nature and are chiefly of vegetable origin. They are typically light yellow to dark brown in color; tasteless; odorless or faintly aromatic; translucent or transparent; brittle, fracturing  emulsion emulsion: see colloid.
emulsion

Mixture of two or more liquids in which one is dispersed in the other as microscopic or ultramicroscopic droplets (see colloid). Emulsions are stabilized by agents (emulsifiers) that (e.g.
widely used in the rubber molding industry. It is said to be proving very effective as a semi-permanent release for tire molding as well. Tire manufacturers are said to report up to eight hours between applications, and excellent release and tire appearance. When RR-280 WB is applied to a clean, warm mold mold, name for certain multicellular organisms of the various classes of the kingdom Fungi, characteristically having bodies composed of a cottony mycelium. The colors of molds are caused by the spores, which are borne on the mycelium. , it leaves a thin, highly durable release film, according to according to

the company. The unique characteristics of RR-280 WB are said to help keep molds cleaner, longer, as well as reducing the scrap rate. RR-280 WB is available in five-, 55- and 275-gallon containers. RR-280 WB water-based resin emulsion is also said to exhibit outstanding, long-lasting release for all robber molders, but especially in molding rubber to metal parts. When applied to a clean, warm mold, RR-280 WB will give a thin, highly durable, heat stable release film capable of releasing a wide cross-section of elastomers and thermosetting plastics For other uses of the word, see plastic (disambiguation).

Thermosetting plastics (thermosets) are polymer materials that cure, through the addition of energy, to a stronger form.
