Water Pik Technologies Stockholders Reelect Directors; Two Additional Proposals Passed.

Water Pik Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: PIK), today announced its stockholders reelected two directors to three-year terms expiring in 2003: Charles J. Queenan, Jr., Senior Counsel to Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP, attorneys-at-law, and James E. Rohr, President and Chief Executive Officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Two proposals were passed by the stockholders: a proposal to approve the Company's 1999 Incentive Plan and a proposal to ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent auditors for 2000.
