Watch Much Sports on TV?

It seems people just aren't as interested in watching sports on TV as they used to be. NBC NBC

Do you watch as much sports on TV as you used to?

I watch sports selectively, really keying in on collegiate sports more than professional. We have young children at home, so I don't have time to just flop in front of the TV. As for the Olympics, I have tried to stay away from the sports page Noun 1. sports page - any page in the sports section of a newspaper
page - one side of one leaf (of a book or magazine or newspaper or letter etc.) or the written or pictorial matter it contains
(to avoid learning the outcome of events) and watch the (tape-delayed coverage) on TV. I think NBC's coverage leaves a lot to be desired. There are just too many human-interest stories and too much gymnastics gymnastics, exercises for the balanced development of the body (see also aerobics), or the competitive sport derived from these exercises. I have never really watched sports on television that much, but I have been watching the Olympics. I don't follow professional sports The examples and perspective in this article or section may not represent a worldwide view of the subject.

, but the Olympics make me feel very patriotic. I like rooting for our country and our athletes. But it doesn't make me want to watch every sporting event that is ever televised. I think every four years is enough for me.

I don't usually watch sports, because I am not a big fan, but I always watch the Olympics. It is something the whole family can do together. The kids get more into cheering on the U.S. than they do watching Dad watch Monday Night Football “MNF” redirects here. For other uses, see MNF (disambiguation).

every week. We have been watching the Olympics every night. The coverage is a little different this time and I think people are a little sick of all the stories about athletes overcoming all these obstacles. We just want to see the events.

As I get older, I have less time to watch television in general. I used to watch every game that was on, and now I have a family and a job and those things are just more important to me than who won the World Series. I love the Olympics and we watch that together as a family. But as far as watching sports on TV goes, I have definitely cut back in the last 10 years or so.

I have been watching the Olympics every chance I get. I am so into it! I don't understand why people aren't watching. We are doing so well this year. It is very exciting to watch people represent our country and be successful. I don't usually watch sports, but it just seems like an American tradition to watch the Olympics.

I don't really watch sports. I actually don't really watch TV at all. I am just too busy. I haven't watched the Olympics because I just don't have time. If I had extra time, maybe I would watch basketball or something like that, but there are just not enough hours in the day for me to sit and watch television.
