Washington group endorses CoStar. (Technology: Update).


CoStar Group, Inc. announced that the Greater Washington Commercial Association of REALTORS[R] (GWCAR) has endorsed the CoStar Property[R] service to provide comprehensive commercial real estate information to its members.

CoStar Group is the leading provider of information services See Information Systems.  to commercial real estate firms in the United States and the United Kingdom. GWCAR is a regional trade association dedicated to serving commercial real estate interests throughout the District of Columbia District of Columbia, federal district (2000 pop. 572,059, a 5.7% decrease in population since the 1990 census), 69 sq mi (179 sq km), on the east bank of the Potomac River, coextensive with the city of Washington, D.C.
