The Idaho "loonies" had successfully guided their resolution through the resolutions committee and were delighted when the full convention adopted it without debate. Showing or marked by proper respect. re·spect  ful·ly adv. but firmly requests all members of Congress to use appropriate constitutional authority in order to extricate our nation from the threat to freedom posed by the United Nations.
