ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Washington Property Company (WPC) has signed a lease with TKC Technology Solutions, LLC for 10,815 square feet at 15201 Diamondback Drive, a two-story, 58,076 sq. foot commercial office building in Rockville, MD, that WPC recently purchased from BPG Properties, Ltd. of Philadelphia. Jim Meisel of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP represented Washington Property. The tenant's broker was David Kaizer of Transwestern, and Brendan Cassidy and Rocky Kern of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers represented the landlord.
