Warm up to work out.


It goes without saying that you should always warm up before you work out, but for some of us it also goes without doing. You dash out the door, and run. But if you are interested in running for life, training to improve, and performing your routine. It should be a solid habit, as much part of your routine as tying on your shoes shoe
