Warehouse Acquisition.

A 50,288-SF warehouse in east Little Rock tipped the scales with a $1.6 million deal.

Industrial Properties Ltd., led by Dan Lasater and Warren Overton, acquired the Brenco Warehouse at 4301 Pratt Remmel Road.

The seller was Quality Bearing Service of Arkansas Inc., led by Craig Rice. The corporation purchased the 2.84-acre site in December 1993 for $130,000 ($1 per SF).

The sellers were Southland Building Products Co., led by Roland Remmel, 44.4 percent; T. Ray Cannon, trustee, 16.7 percent; Curtis H. Stout Revocable Trust No. 2, 8.3 percent; Ruth Remmel Trust, Gertrude C. Levy, trustee, and Jean Remmel Little, 5.6 percent each;

Ed and Henrietta Cromwell, J.T. and Hazel Laman, Raymond Remmel Trust and Mary Remmel Trust, 2.7 percent each; and Jared Jennings Lowry Trust, Joshua Neal Lowry Trust and Justin Cates Lowry, 1 percent each.

The property was part of a $125,000 acquisition from J.D. and Hettie Walthour, accomplished in February 1958 and November 1961.
