(OTCBB:UMEM UMEM Universal Memory Module ) has completed its previously announced reverse acquisition transaction. uMember.com shares are now trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol "UMEM." uMember.com is a "one-stop" Internet destination site that provides convenient online discount shopping and community services to membership-based organizations.

Prior to the transaction, Wareforce.com owned approximately 60% of uMember.com. With the closing of the transaction, Wareforce.com now owns approximately 40% of uMember.com, representing over eight million shares.
