, the nation's only conservatory and academic high school, announced today that its acclaimed annual production of Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, now in its 20th season, will take place on campus December 5th through December 15th in the Keiter Center for the Performing Arts. Samuel Kurkjian is the Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer for Walnut Hill's Youth Ballet Theater and a member of the Walnut Hill faculty. Mr. Kurkjian was formerly resident choreographer for Boston Ballet and was ballet master at Boston Ballet, Dance Theater of Harlem, and Basel Ballet, Switzerland.
