Walker Financial Corporation Sells the Assets of Kelly Color Laboratories to Focus on Its Core Business.

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 2004

Walker Financial Corporation (OTC-BB "WLKF") is pleased to announce that it has sold the assets of Kelly Color Laboratories, its photographic development lab located in North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States. Walker received a nominal amount for these assets which represented non-digital photographic development assets and its client list. The sale did not include the building which housed Kelly Color Laboratories and Walker has put said building up for sale.
