Wal-Mart signs for 186,000 s/f at White Plains mall.

Developed by a partnership of Ivy Equities and Barrow Street Barrow Street may refer to:

 Capital, Shoppes on Main encompasses 280,000 s/f of multi-level retail space distributed over three levels. The proposed Wal-Mart store will be located on two levels and will be one of the first Wal-Mart stores in the nation to feature multiple levels and deck parking.

Formerly a Sears department store, Shoppes on Main is the result of a multimillion dollar renovation project. With the commitment from Wal-Mart, there is now one divisible DIVISIBLE. The susceptibility of being divided.

The execution of the Wal-Mart lease represents another phase of Staubach Retail's involvement in the Shoppes on Main. Staubach Retail's activities on the development included selling the property for Sears, acting in an advisory capacity to Sears for the move into the Galleria at White Plains The Galleria at White Plains is a large enclosed urban shopping mall located in the downtown area of White Plains, New York, a large commercial and residential suburb, 20 miles north of New York City and the county seat of Westchester County, New York.  mall, serving as design and development consultant on the re-development of the property and as leasing agent for the property.

Staubach Retail represented the landlord, Ivy and Barrow Street, and Treeline Real Estate represented Wal-Mart stores.
