Edward D. Paradise, appointed by Governor Beverly Per due, was sworn in as the newest trustee on the Wake Technical Community College Wake Technical Community College, commonly known as Wake Tech, is a two-year accredited institution of higher education and technical training school, is located approximately five miles south of Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina and county seat of Wake County.
