Wadsworth Joins Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc.'s Crop Protection Business Unit.

PHOENIX -- Donnie Wadsworth has joined Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc.'s (TKI) Crop Protection Business unit as southern regional business director effective March 1.

Wadsworth brings a broad and valuable experience base to this business unit, having served 23 years with Zeneca Ag Products and most recently as the U.S. business leader for Luxembourg-Pamol, a generic competitor in the U.S. crop protection market, according to David Cassidy, group vice-president, crop protection business. Wadsworth will be responsible for developing and managing the company's business in the Southern and Eastern regions of the U.S. and will have a number of national account responsibilities. Wadsworth will continue to reside in Alexander City, Alabama.

TKI is on schedule with its crop protection product expansion plan focusing on niche crop protection and specialty markets. TKI plans to announce two additional products this year, two to four products in 2007 and continue adding products each year thereafter. These new products will join Sectagon 42(R), a soil fumigant, currently marketed by TKI through its distributor network in North America.
