Wade Cook Financial Corporation Subsidiary Sees Huge Demand At Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show.

Stock Market Institute of Learning, Inc.(TM) (SMILe), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wade Cook Financial Corporation (OTCBB:WADE), faced a run on the company's stock market education at the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show in Scottsdale, Arizona, on February 15-24, 2002.

SMILe placed eight bookracks throughout the show, held at West World, to give away a free book and an audio/video package.

Marketing Director Jeff Cook said of the West World campaign, "We were stunned by the response. We couldn't ship packages fast enough to keep up with the demand."

The package included a copy of Wall Street Money Machine Volume 4 by New York Times Business best selling author and stock market educator Wade Cook, whose daughters, Leslie and Rachel Cook, were competing in the horse show and won championships in their classes.

In addition to the book, SMILe's package included a Dynamic Dollars seminar on video, "13 Fantastic Income Formulas" audio CD and a special report titled "Ten Indisputable Rules." SMILe originally sent 1,600 packages, hoping to give them all away over the course of the seven-day event, but all 1,600 were gone in the first three days.

Said Jeff Cook, "We shipped in another 800 and soon those were gone too. So we shipped another 800 on Friday of the last weekend, but by the following day, all 800 had been taken. We had nothing left to give out on Sunday, the final day of the event."

When asked about the extra demand for the packages, author Wade Cook said, "America's economy is bouncing back. Unemployment is down; sales and productivity are up. There's a strong demand for our products. People want to get ready to be involved in the next up-trending market." He went on to say, "Recently around 8,300 people responded to a radio campaign for my report called `Two Bad Years and Up We Go!' So by popular demand I turned the report into a book with the same name. That is now shooting up the ranks on Amazon.com."

Cook concluded by offering the educational package that was presented in Scottsdale to people who call SMILe at 800/872-7411. "We feel bad about running out at the horse show, so we put together another 1,000 of these free packages so people can request them by phone, but I hope they call right away or we may be out!"

SMILe distributed a total of 3,200 packages at West World -- twice the demand expected by the company. "There seemed to be an incredible need for information on the stock market.
