Waconia Manufacturing, Waconia, Minn., announces new changes in personnel. Troy Williams is promoted to vice president of sales and operations. Bill Webster will now serve as director of grain operations and special projects. Brian Kowalski and Andy Werner join the sales and marketing staff. Their primary responsibility will be providing support to the company's distribution network and national accounts.
